I appreciate your choosing Rae of Sun for your spray tan needs. To ensure that I can continue to provide excellent service to all of my clients, we have implemented a no-show and cancellation policy. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with the details outlined below.
Appointment Cancellation Policy
I request a minimum of eight hour notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. This allows me to accommodate other clients who may be on our waiting list.
No-Show Policy
A "no-show" is defined as failing to arrive for a scheduled appointment without providing any prior notice of cancellation. If you fail to show up for your scheduled spray tan appointment without giving notice, a no-show fee of $50 will be charged to the card on file.
Card on File Authorization
By booking an appointment with Rae of Sun, you authorize us to securely keep your credit card information on file. The card on file will only be charged in the event of a no-show, as specified in this policy.
Notification of Cancellation
To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact me at least eight hours in advance by calling 360-420-0499 or emailing raeofsunspraytanning@gmail.com.
If you receive my voicemail, please leave a detailed message with your name, appointment date and time, and a contact number.
Exceptions
I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and exceptions to this policy will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please communicate with me as soon as possible if you encounter any difficulties.
Confirmation and Reminder Messages
To help you manage your appointments, I will send confirmation messages upon booking and reminder messages 24 hours before your scheduled spray tan session.
Repeated No-Shows
Clients who repeatedly fail to show up for scheduled appointments may be required to pre-pay for future services. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to our no-show and cancellation policy.
